Gundestrup Mejeri og Bryghus har lavet en julebryg, hvor ingredienserne lægger massivt op til jul: koriander, stjerneanis, nelliker og økologiske appelsiner. Kombinationen af jul og belgisk ale tegner til en øl med substans, saft og kraft. Gundestrup skriver selv om deres julebryg, at der er "en julebryg som får klokkerne til at ringe og nissepigerne til at fnise".
Lysebrunt, fyldigt skum med en halvgrov struktur. Det holder fint og hænger en lille smule i glassets sider.
